Turmeric Powder

Description

Turmeric powder can be used as a natural soap colorant.  It will give a yellow to orange, depending on the concentration used.  To use in cold process recipes, add 1 teaspoon to either the lye solution while its still hot and before adding to the oils, or add at trace right before you pour into the molds (for a 5lb. batch of soap). It can also be infused in the oils prior to soaping.  It is packaged in a 5 mil thick stand up pouch with a resealable zip top in 4 oz amounts.  This item is unable to be sent internationally.
