Welcome to Micas and More!  I am Stephanie Graham, a soaper who wanted a better way to get supplies for my own soap making.  To make that happen, I created a Facebook group in 2014, Steph’s Micas and More, where for nearly five years it was run through “group buys.”  Now you can order at any time!  In the Facebook group you can learn about upcoming items and I encourage you to share your soapy or crafty creations that you make with Micas and More products. This is the store where you can purchase the items.  All items listed are in stock unless noted otherwise.

When is the store open?

The store is now open all of the time, unless noted on holidays.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum cost or items that you need to order to purchase.

How do I find out about new items?

I will send an email if you sign up here:  Mica Monday Mailer Sign Up.

When will my order ship?

Typically shipping will be within a few days of your order.  If a delay is expected, there will be a store-wide notification banner with more info at the bottom of the screen.

Will I get a tracking number?

You will receive an email with tracking information.

Are there other charges, or separate invoices for shipping?

No, the shipping cost is added in the store, you pay for shipping when you checkout.  If there is a mistake on shipping I will contact you to correct it or send a sample if the cost difference is $1.00.  The exception to this is if you have an order that is $300.00 or more.  I will contact you for adding extra insurance, sign for pickup, or any other arrangements.  If you cancel an order, there is a 10% restocking fee.

Is $45.00 the total cost for shipping all International orders?

No, the cost is set at $45.00 in the store to cover the average cost.  If it is less, you will get a refund.  If it is more, I will contact you for options.  Orders under 2 pounds in weight should get a refund.  Orders over 4 pounds in weight will often cost more.

What other policies are there for International orders?

Micas and supplies can generally be shipped to most countries.  However, additives will only be sent if you have determined that your country will allow that product to be imported.  Milk powders and botanicals are often not allowed to be imported.  If you order additives, I will contact you to be sure that you want the item sent.  If the item is not allowed, it may be confiscated, and I cannot refund anything that they choose not to send you.  International orders cannot be guaranteed delivery once it leaves the US, and I cannot refund orders that are lost after it has left the US.  Refunds will be considered on an individual basis provided that items are returned unopened, less a 10% restocking fee, shipping fees or any other applicable charges.  Due to issues with customs in Mexico, I can no longer ship there.  New international customers are limited to a 4 pound total shipping weight until there is a history of completed orders.

What is the Mica Money Points Program?

When you place an order while you are logged in to your account you will accrue points based on your order cost. You can redeem these points on any future purchase.  When you have Mica Money Points, and you are logged in, the checkout screen will give you a prompt asking if you’d like to apply the points that you have.

What’s the best way to reach the store/group owner?

I am available through Facebook messaging for any questions, or email, but notifications will likely reach me faster through Facebook.
